SINGAPORE 2015 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVEL DIPS ON LOWER Q4 SCORES

The Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) Executive Director Neeta Lachmandas commented on the findings of the latest study conducted by ISES on the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG). The CSISG showed that Singapore’s national customer satisfaction level was lower in 2015, weighed down by the poorer performance from the finance and insurance and healthcare sectors in the fourth quarter. Ms Lachmandas said the finance and insurance sector carries more weight in the index, due to its higher contribution to Singapore's gross domestic product, and its performance contributed substantially to the national score.
