The MRT system scored 62 points, an increase of 3.7 per cent compared to the same period in 2014. The public bus service scored 60.9 points, an increase of 4.1 per cent, while taxi services scored 65.9 points, an increase of 4.3 per cent. The report also revealed that consumers are more likely to have higher satisfaction with the transport system when there is a larger degree of government intervention.
