EFFECTS OF DIGITALISATION ON THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

 

In an interview, SMU Institute of Service Excellence’s (ISE) Head of Research and Consulting Chen Yongchang shared the findings for the 2017 Q4 Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore study of the Finance & Insurance and Healthcare sectors released by ISE. Mr Chen also highlighted how DBS uses technology to improve the customer journey and user experience.
