Its Managing Director Wilcy Wong noted that the CSISG scores provide a useful and authoritative industry reference for retailers against which to benchmark their service performance. "Our year-on-year CSISG scores, coupled with added research insights from the Institute of Service Excellence-SMU team and results from our internal service assessment programme, allow us to continually develop and facilitate initiatives to escalate our customers,” she added.
