Employee Engagement does not equates to Employee Happiness
Someone might be happy at work, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are working hard and producing on behalf of the organisation.
Employee Engagement does not equates to Employee Satisfaction
A satisfied employee might show up for her daily 9-to-5 without complaint. But that same "satisfied" employee might not go the extra effort on his/her own, and he’ll/she'll probably take the head-hunter's call luring his/her away with a 10% jump in pay.
What inspires you to do what you do now?
To see someone discover his/her own strengths and succeed in his/her own way.
