The panellists were Amy Bonsall, design director of IDEO Singapore, who shared the importance of developing a start-up mind-set and creating an ecosystem for disruptive growth; David Lee, director of the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics who spoke on productivity and innovation; Christopher Tan, CEO and co-founder of Providend Ltd, who spoke on the financial advisory sector; and Yeo Wan Ling, CEO and co-founder of Caregiver Asia, who commented that the higher healthcare sector score was due to the new generation of caregivers entering the career.
