Ride-Sharing blog

Over the years, the taxi industry has improved its call booking technology, added more taxis and even raised fares. The government also implemented more measures - introducing new players, imposing stricter call booking standards and minimum taxi operating hours.  These measures to ensure adequate taxi supply on the road throughout the day especially when demand is at its peak.

Video below depict the demand and supply mismatch problem both the commuters and the drivers experience which UNiCEN research team aims to balance.
