QSRs Thriving in a Pandemic -
Insights from Six Major Brands

by Koh Kek Sin

Centre For Marketing Excellence presents to you :

COVID-19 continues to pose many significant challenges for the F&B industry and some brands are proving to be more resilient than others. Let us explore how six global Quick Service Restaurant brands have performed in the midst of a pandemic, navigating deftly through a sea of change in the business environment. We will draw upon the quarterly earnings release for public listed companies in the US to gain insights into how these brands have responded to the unprecedented challenges. We will anticipate the long term changes in consumer behaviours and take a look at the potential implications for the future. It is possible to thrive than just to only survive in this pandemic and beyond!
