We will look at some case studies as well as identify the key success factors that need to be considered for Analytics implementation. We will also share our perspectives on how the pace of value creation can be accelerated.

Sutowo leads OgilvyOne Singapore’s Marketing Analytics practice, which aims to help brands unlock the full value of their customers through data-driven approaches. He leads a team of data specialists to derive actionable insights from the data for clients. He is an Analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loyalty Management specialist with experience in customer segmentation and profiling, predictive modelling, campaign management, customer/marketing strategy formulation and implementation, business case development and loyalty programme design and optimisation.
Wong has led projects for clients in Automotive, Airline, Banking, Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy, Hospitality, Insurance, Publishing, Public Sector, Retail, and Telecommunications industries in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Outside of OgilvyOne, he is learning piano from his son while struggling to keep fit.
