At SMU, locker facilities across the various Schools are made available to students to store their personal belongings while attending classes. Students may arrange for a locker at the beginning of each semester.

Note: Due to the Locker Upgrading Exercise by the Office of Campus Infrastructure and Services (OCIS) , please note that the current locker rental period for AY 2024/25 will be valid till Term 2 (19 Aug 2024 - 4 May 2025). We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to improve the facilities on campus.
Application
The locker booking application exercise will start on 1st August 2024, 12pm onwards.
Please note that the locker rental period will be from 19 August 2024 - 4 May 2025 - Extended till end of AY2024/25, Term 2.
The booking for lockers can be done on http://www.rent-a-locker.com.
Please note that:
- Applications need to be done using your SMU email account;
- Each student is only allowed to book 1 locker each academic year (19 August 2024 - 4 May 2025);
- Lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis;
- No refunds will given for multiple bookings, or applications made with a non-SMU email address.
- Students are to read SMU's Locker Rental Usage Terms and Conditions before the booking of their lockers.
- Please register an account before booking your lockers.
- Locker booking results will be out in 5-10 working days from your application dates. Please log in to your account at http://www.rent-a-locker.com and check on your locker allocation and passcode after 5 – 10 working days.
