Mr Haryanto Adikoesoemo

Mr Haryanto Adikoesoemo is a preeminent businessman in Indonesia with a successful track record in leading PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, a publicly listed company in logistics and supply chain that is engaged in petroleum, chemical distribution and energy in Indonesia.
PT AKR Corporindo Tbk is responsible for the development of the Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate (JIIPE) – the first integrated industrial park in Indonesia with a deep seaport that is connected to toll roads; a railroad; and a residential and commercial cluster totalling an area of 3000 hectares. JIIPE houses its own power plant, fresh water supply, a water and solid waste management plant, and provides gas to the JIIPE estate.
Mr Adikoesoemo also has interests in property development with luxury housing and commercial projects across Indonesia.
Mr Arif P. Rachmat

Mr Rachmat supervises a private holding company with significant investment in various publicly-listed companies such as Adaro Group (coal and energy), DSN Group (palm oil and wood), Kirana Megatara Group (largest rubber exporter), Assa Rent (mobility and logistic), as well as privately-held groups such as Daya Group (largest Honda motor dealership), Dharma Polimetal and Puninar. In addition, as a Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Triputra Agro Persada (TAP) Group, he oversees a group of palm oil, rubber and corn plantations of over 250.000 Ha, with over 47.000 employees and partnerships with 39.000 smallholders.
Mr Rachmat is Chairman of the Global Agribusiness Alliance (GAA), and a Member of Board of Trustee at Singapore Management University (SMU), Asia Business Council (ABC), TNC (The Nature Conservancy), Endeavor, Centre for Strategic and International studies (CSIS), Prasetya Mulya, Junior Achievement and Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI). He helms a leadership role as the Head of Permanent Committee on Food-Agri and Forestry at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia), and is Chair of Agriculture, Plantation and Forestry at Indonesia Business Association (APINDO). Mr Rachmat is also a Board Member of PISAgro (Partnership for Indonesia’s Sustainable Agriculture). In philantrophy and stewardship, Mr Rachmat serves as Chairman of GK Indonesia Foundation; and is a Member of the Young Global Leaders, the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Center for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS), the Asia Philanthropy Circle (APC), and the Perhimpunan Filantropi Indonesia (PFI).
He graduated cum laude and has a Masters and Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. Upon graduation, he worked for General Electric Company in the U.S. and globally for seven years in various leadership roles.
Mr Aldi Haryopratomo

Mr Aldi Haryopratomo is an entrepreneur and advisor. He is a member of the Board of Commissioners for Halodoc and eFisheries.
Mr Haryopratomo started his career as an early employee of Kiva.org, one of the world’s first peer-to-peer lending company which provides entrepreneurs in developing countries access to loans through the internet. He then joined BCG, focusing on telecommunications and financial services, such as mobile banking. Upon leaving BCG, Mr Haryopratomo founded Mapan – a rotating group savings and loans programme in Indonesia which provides low income communities in Indonesia access to goods and financial services. Mapan was acquired by Gojek in 2017.
At Gojek, Mr Haryopratomo was instrumental in developing GoPay into Indonesia’s leading e-money wallet. Today, GoPay processes billions of dollars of transactions outside of Gojek, serving hundreds of thousands of merchants in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines (through its subsidiary, Coins.ph).
Mr Haryopratomo has a Bachelor of Science (Distinction) in Computer Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Ms Lim Kexin
Over her dynamic 15-year tax career at PwC, Ms Lim Kexin has advised leading business families, corporate groups and financial institutions; worked on thought leadership in London; and embraced a three-and-a-half years secondment to Indonesia.
Frequently profiled in the media, Ms Lim inspires with wide-ranging community commitments where she assumes hands-on leadership roles – a passion she has pursued since she was 17. A multiple award winner, she graduated as Singapore Management University's (SMU) Valedictorian on a dual scholarship and now serves as the first-ever alumni appointed on SMU’s Board of Trustees. Ms Lim considers herself an “Indonesian-ised-Singaporean” and is excited about the future of Southeast Asia.
Mr Jerry Ng
Mr Ng is the Founder and Chairman of Bank Jago.
Prior, he spent over ten years as CEO of Bank BTPN, which he transformed from a small pension bank to the 7th largest bank in Indonesia, and a leader in mass market and digital banking in Southeast Asia. His 35 years of experience in financial services began at Citibank. He went on to helm senior leadership roles at Bank Central Asia, Bank Danamon, and Astra Financial Services. Post the Asian financial crisis, Mr Ng was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency – a government task force established to restore the banking industry back to normalcy.
Mr Ng currently sits on the Board of Trustees for the SymAsia Foundation in Singapore, World Wildlife Fund in Indonesia, Blum Center for Developing Economies at the UC Berkeley, the Advisory Board of the Jackson Institute of Global Affairs at Yale University, and most recently, the Global Advisory Board of the McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia.
Mr Ng graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor in Business Administration. He has attended multiple Executive Management programs, including those at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School, and is also an Eisenhower Fellow.

He is the co-founder of Honest Bank, a financial technology company with a mission to improve people's financial lives; and Alpha JWC Ventures, Indonesia’s leading venture capital firm.
Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Mr Ongkowidjaja was a Director at UBS Investment Bank, and a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. He was educated at Harvard University as an Edward S. Mason Fellow, where he earned his Master of Public Administration; and at UCLA, where he obtained a Master of Business Administration. Mr Ongkowidjaja also received his Underwriter and Broker Dealer licenses in Indonesia.

Ms Arini Subianto is President Director of PT Persada Capital Investama. She acquired her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design, NY, and followed by Master of Business Administration from Fordham University, NY. She began her career in retail business in 1999. With her partners, she expanded into a then-popular Aksara bookstore, which offered Jakarta with curated books, gift and music. She is also one of the co-founders of Union Group, an F&B chain of 21 outlets in Jakarta, Tangerang and one outlet union in Surabaya.
