SMU Assistant Professor of Marketing (Practice) and ISES Academic Director Associate Professor Marcus Lee said: “Last year’s study indicated that telcos can dispel customer dissatisfaction by properly managing their complaints, but this year’s study shows that telcos should review their product and pricing as customers are unable to be satisfied by the service rendered by customer service officers.”
