Centre For Marketing Excellence presents to you :
Building your marketing strategy using Lego blocks
SYNOPSIS
Do you realize that marketing strategy meetings may struggle to overcome group think, fail to stress test assumptions, and rarely build on cross functional knowledge? Ineffective meetings could result in missing out on opportunities, betting on products that are doomed to fail, or pursuing unsuccessful competitive strategies. How do you get around this basic challenge and better engage your marketing team in each meeting?
Lego Serious Play (LSP) is a facilitation tool that overcomes these challenges: LSP allows you to go beyond the realms of a traditional meeting by creating a ‘safe’ environment for expression and understanding.
Use Lego blocks yourself (first 20 to register) during this session and discover how this fun tool infuses fresh thinking and engagement in your next marketing meeting!
