Centre For Marketing Excellence presents to you:
Marketing to the ‘New’ Consumer
SYNOPSIS
The growth of the middle class, young populations and the proliferation of technology in Asia has led to new demands from consumers. Exposed to a multitude of information from competing sources on a 24/7 basis, consumers are more savvy, demanding and seek value for money – giving rise to a new set of challenges and opportunities. In this increasingly competitive landscape, businesses and brands must identify and empathise with the needs and values of these new consumers, creating marketing strategies that break through the oversaturation of traditional marketing.
During this session, Sumeet Mathur, Regional Category Director at FrieslandCampina Asia, will share his insights on the challenges and opportunities of marketing to this new consumer segment, drawing from his personal experiences from Asia and the Middle-East.
